Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. Orders of ₹500 or less carry a flat ₹50 delivery fee.

Prices include 5% GST, which is shown as a separate line at checkout.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–5 business days.
• Other cities and towns take 5–8 business days.
• Remote pin codes and the North-East can take up to 10 business days.

We ship with trusted partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and Shiprocket, depending on your pin code. The partner is chosen automatically for the fastest delivery.

Once your order ships, the courier name and AWB number appear on the order page. Go to My Orders to follow each step from confirmed to delivered.

COD is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may disable COD for your account.

If your parcel is late, or arrives open or damaged, don't accept it. If it's already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and we'll make it right.
